Coaching Rooted in Presence, Nature, and Lived Wisdom
Coaching offers space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what matters most. This work is especially helpful when life feels noisy, overwhelming, or out of alignment — even when nothing is “wrong” on paper.
My coaching approach is grounded, relational, and informed by decades of clinical experience, but it is not therapy. Instead, coaching allows for a wider, more integrative focus on how you live, move, relate, and care for yourself in daily life.
A Nature-Grounded Approach to Coaching
Much of my work is informed by time spent on the land — with gardens, animals, and the rhythms of daily care. Nature has a way of slowing us down, restoring perspective, and reminding us how regulation, connection, and resilience actually work.
While coaching does not involve formal equine therapy or animal-assisted treatment, many clients find that being in relationship with the natural world — whether through land-based reflection, animal presence, or seasonal awareness — supports clarity, grounding, and emotional steadiness in ways traditional settings cannot.
This perspective often resonates with people drawn to simplicity, embodiment, and living more intentionally.
Emotional Clarity & Grounding
When life feels overwhelming, it becomes difficult to sort through emotions, thoughts, and reactions. Coaching provides a steady place to pause, name what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with your internal compass.
Together, we explore practical grounding strategies that support nervous system regulation — helping you feel more centered, stable, and clear in your decision-making.
Support Through Life Transitions
Life transitions often bring uncertainty, even when the change is chosen. Whether you’re navigating aging, grief, relationship shifts, career changes, or a deeper sense that something needs to change, coaching offers steady support without urgency or pressure.
We focus on honoring your pace, clarifying what you’re carrying, and identifying small, meaningful steps forward that feel true for you.
Finding Your Way Back to Yourself
Many people come to coaching because they feel disconnected from who they are, what they want, or how to move forward. This work is about returning to what feels authentic — not who you “should” be or what others expect.
Coaching supports you in reclaiming your voice, reconnecting with your values, and rebuilding a sense of self that feels steady, alive, and rooted.
Strengthening Inner Resilience
Resilience isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about having the internal steadiness to meet life as it unfolds. Coaching supports you in reconnecting with your existing strengths, developing practical ways to work with stress, and creating habits that support emotional well-being.
As resilience grows, many people notice they respond to challenges with more clarity and less reactivity. Decisions feel steadier. Boundaries become clearer. Life feels more manageable — not because it’s easier, but because you’re more resourced within it.
Trauma-Informed Coaching
Trauma-informed coaching recognizes how past experiences shape present responses — without requiring you to relive or analyze the past. We focus on safety, choice, and empowerment.
You’ll learn supportive tools for emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and recognizing patterns that no longer serve you — all within a compassionate, grounded environment.
Therapy or Coaching — We Decide Together
Some people arrive unsure whether therapy or coaching is the right place to begin. That’s okay. We start with conversation and discern together where I can be most helpful.
The goal is not to create clients — it’s to support people in living more fully, with clarity, steadiness, and care.
